The ultimate goal of sustainable agriculture is to develop farming systems that are productive, profitable, energy conserving, environmentally sound, conserving of natural resources, and that ensure food safety and quality. Therefore, this Bio-Organic Fertilizer SBU has took the challenge to give a new dimension of farming from conventional and chemical-based agriculture to nature farming or organic farming using Effective Microorganisms (EM) technology. EM consists of mixed cultures of beneficial and naturally-occurring microorganisms that can be applied as inoculants to increase the microbial diversity of soils and plant. Research has shown that the inoculation of EM cultures to the soil/plant ecosystem can improve soil quality, soil health, and the growth, yield, and quality of crops. EM contains selected species of microorganisms including predominant populations of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts and smaller numbers of photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes and other types of organisms. All of these are mutually compatible with one another and can coexist in liquid culture. CEPP Bio-Organic Fertilizer SBU focuses on the application of EM on plant, soil, environment and animal. By using the Reflectoquant test strips together with the Reflectometer RQ Flex, the measurement of different substances is both easy and accurate.
• Thermoreactors
  • Complete sample digestion is absolutely essential for gaining the correct measurement result.Sample pretreatment is an integral part of the Spectroquantâ analysis system.The newly introduced Spectroquantâ thermoreactors contain five standard programmes for daily routine operations. Depending on the model, you can enhance your flexibility further still by freely selecting temperature and time parameters. The temperature can be exactly monitored by means of a specially developed thermosensor, available as an accessory. This enables the rapid and
    on-the-spot checking and documentation as demanded by the DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
